Elections 2026

General elections will be held in Minnesota on November 3, 2026

All of Minnesota’s executive officers will be up for election, as well as one United States Senate seat, Minnesota’s eight seats in the United States House of Representatives, all the seats in the Minnesota Senate and the Minnesota House of Representatives, several judicial seats, and several seats for local offices.

Primary elections to nominate major party candidates and several judicial and local primary elections will be held as needed on August 11, 2026.

Find your polling place, who you will be voting for, and general election information through the Minnesota Secretary of State’s Voter Information Portal.

Become an Election Judge

Election judges are temporary, paid employees of local election officials trained to handle all aspects of voting at the polling place.

Serving as an election judge is a chance to learn about elections and is a great service to the community.

Students 16 and 17 years old can be election judge trainees!
